Job summary

RRD is hiring for a warehouse associate in Wisconsin. The role involves filling/packing orders, assembling shipments, and operating warehouse software. Requires 1+ year of warehouse experience and basic packing skills.

The position offers a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift with a $16.00–$17.00 hourly pay range, plus a $2.00 shift differential. Responsibilities include picking/packing items, labeling and shipping, stocking and inventory control, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of packing procedures and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to stock, move, and rotate items per instructions.
• Ability to complete stock description forms and labeling requirements.
• Experience with packing materials and shipping labels.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items using packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate warehouse management software and related systems.
• Place labels, binders, and ensure correct shipping information.
• Move items on pallets, load into trucks, and secure loads.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and assist with training.
• Identify issues and escalate to leads or management.
• Support special projects or complex customer orders.
• Assist with warehouse security and safety.
