Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin is hiring a Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) to assist with filling and packaging orders in preparation for shipment. You will help maintain the warehouse and inventory, support training, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour, with shift hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You will operate packing procedures, use warehouse management software, and ensure accurate shipping information and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts for customer orders.
• Good oral and written communication skills to explain procedures.
• Basic knowledge of packing procedures, equipment and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials using packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Label packages and ensure correct shipping information.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets and prepare for transit.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and participate in continuous training.
