Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Assembly Value Stream at our West Chester, PA site. You will lead a team of union associates, ensuring adherence to the union contract while driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong problem-solving, lean manufacturing knowledge, and accountability for performance metrics. Responsibilities include scheduling with planners, managing daily work, implementing RCCM, and driving 5S/visual management.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree with manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with union-managed labor and ISO standards preferred.
• Proven track record in lean improvements and root-cause actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise union associates in manufacturing operations.
• Achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets for the team.
• Coordinate with planners to assign daily work and loads.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly build plans to meet on-time delivery.
• Run RCCM to resolve issues and improve KPIs.
• Lead 5S and visual management; support continuous improvement.
• Ensure shift handoffs are clear and gap issues are followed up.
