Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a 2nd SHIFT Team Leader to guide production associates in the MagStop Value Stream. The role blends hands-on leadership with continuous improvement, spending 40% of time operating within a team-based cell.

Responsibilities include coaching, 5S maintenance, safety oversight, and training new associates to uphold quality. The ideal candidate will be a certified trainer with Lean experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must be certified trainer in the area and champion of Lean.
• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading in manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to production associates; act as working leader.
• Lead area shift and address quality concerns; train associates.
• Maintain 5S and update Daily Management boards.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure a safe working environment.
• Cross-train on multiple Teams/part numbers; pass information to next shift.
