Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Supervisor for our West Chester, PA facility to lead a union workforce in the Assembly Value Stream. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while coordinating with planners to meet daily build plans.

The role requires strong lean manufacturing knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience guiding hourly associates. ISO exposure is preferred; a formal belt is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising hourly union associates preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Exposure to ISO 9000/14000 preferred.
• MS Access experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise union associates in the Assembly Value Stream.
• Schedule daily work with planners and set productivity expectations.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics for the team.
• Lead 5S and visual management initiatives.
• Perform RCCM and root cause countermeasures for KPI gaps.
• Ensure on-time delivery and smooth shift handoffs.
