Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a 2nd SHIFT Team Leader to guide production associates in the MagStop Value Stream. This working leader spends about 40% of time in a manufacturing cell and partners with supervision to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a certification as Lean Champion. Prior supervision experience and strong communication are essential for success in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified trainer in the area and actively coaching teams.
• Demonstrates 5S discipline and daily management practices.
• Leads by example to improve safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production associates in a lean cell.
• Coordinate with Supervisors on safety and quality issues.
• Train new associates on standard work, changeovers and setup.
• Maintain Daily Management boards and 5S in the area.
• Act as primary coordinator with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance for improvements.
