Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA, is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor to lead a union workforce in the Assembly Value Stream. You will drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, while coordinating daily plans and ensuring on-time, high-quality parts delivery.

The role requires engineering or related education, 3+ years supervisory experience, and Lean/Six Sigma exposure. Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or an Associate degree with 3+ years of manufacturing supervision.
• 8+ years of full-time manufacturing work experience in a supervisory/engineer/quality role.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Exposure to ISO 9000 and/or 14000 preferred.
• User experience in ISO/quality environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct labor union associates in a manufacturing environment to follow policies, procedures, and union contract.
• Hold associates accountable to work rules and performance standards.
• Assign daily work and productivity expectations with planners.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly build plans to meet on-time delivery of high-quality parts.
• Drive production output by setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
• Lead training and cross-training for all union associates.
• Coordinate shift handoffs with status communication and issue follow-ups.
• Identify countermeasures and perform RCCM at cell level.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles.
• Lead safety engagement and participate in ISO audits as needed.

## 1st Shift Production SupervisorApply: On-site: West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States: Full time: Posted Today: R26\\_05321Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_The Production Supervisor will provide supervision of a team of union associates in the Assembly Value Stream in our climate-controlled West Chester, PA facility. This leader will drive key metrics around Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost for the team.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**· Lead and manage direct labor union associates in a manufacturing environment to follow all policies, procedures, and content agreed to in the union contract.· Hold associates accountable to the work rules, policies, and performance standards· Work with Planners to assign daily work and productivity expectations to associates.· Partnered with planners, execute daily, weekly, and monthly build plans, while meeting or exceeding on-time delivery of high-quality parts.· Serve as a strong driver of production output by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and taking timely action to achieve daily operational targets.· Drive and manage training and cross-training for all union associates.· Partner with supervisors to ensure efficient shift handoffs by clearly communicating production status, priorities, and any gaps or issues requiring follow-up.· Evaluate cell demand and determine any countermeasures· Perform Root Cause Counter Measures (RCCM) and monitor SQDIP boards at cell level for issues that prohibit meeting key performance indicators – Safety, Delivery, Productivity.· Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills by quickly identifying manufacturing and production issues, determining root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.· Demonstrate a strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and the ability to effectively execute improvement initiatives.· Instill sense of urgency with team around meeting customer quality and delivery expectations.· Lead team in efforts including 5S and visual management.· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by taking decisive action, driving corrective measures, and ensuring issues are fully resolved and closed in a timely manner.· Lead safety engagement and enhancement.· Performance ISO and Ergonomic Audits, as necessary. **Critical Competencies** · Excellent motivational communication skills.· Strong technical knowledge and skills in manufacturing operations are required.
