Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or vocational training is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, trades, business operations, or a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong math, recordkeeping, proofreading, and quality-checking abilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and coach team members to meet production and vocational goals.
• Coordinate daily workflow, workstations, and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Read and interpret job orders, specifications, and production records.
• Process required production, shipping, and receiving paperwork accurately.
• Monitor quality standards by inspecting materials and counts.
