Job summary

Home Chef in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Production Lead (RTH) for first shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) with Fridays and Saturdays off. You will guide a team through RTH prep, assembly, portioning, and shipping, setting up tables and lines per SOPs while meeting daily production targets.

Responsibilities include enforcing GMP, training staff, coordinating with FSQA, and ensuring accurate counts and labeling. A focus on waste reduction and safety is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Strong attendance and performance record with Home Chef is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production associates to meet daily targets.
• Enforce GMP and safety policies on the production floor.
• Coordinate with supervisor and warehouse to avoid downtime due to shortages.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and shipping line setup and accuracy.
• Track and communicate production counts and inventory per shift.
