Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the Day Shift in Atlanta, GA. You will operate production equipment, label packaging, and portion ingredients to specified measurements.

You’ll follow SOP/BP guidelines, assist in changeovers, and help ensure output quality while maintaining GMP standards. The role requires safety-first operation, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely, start/stop and run machinery.
• Label packaging and portion ingredients accurately.
• Perform SOP and BP tasks; assist in product changeovers.
• Inspect output for machine-related mistakes; follow supervisor directions.
• Support shipping goals and GMP compliance; keep area clean and organized.
• Submit progress updates and help enforce facility GMPs.
