Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a 2nd shift Supervisor to manage production lines, ensure safety, and drive quality. You will coach leads, coordinate pre-production setup, portioning, and shipping, and maintain accurate production tracking in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, GMP adherence, and shift handoffs, with a focus on meeting daily targets and continuous improvement across SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
• Ability to coach and motivate hourly production teams and leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-production setup, assign tasks, and ensure staffing.
• Oversee portioning, meal bagging, and shipping lines for targets.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas; enforce GMP and SOPs.
• Promote safety, train leads, and manage shift handoffs.
• Track production numbers and reconcile counts with leads.
