Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Lead (RTH) for the 2nd shift, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with weekends off. You will guide production associates through RTH prep, assembly, portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping, setting up lines and ensuring SOPs are followed.

You will manage daily targets, coordinate with the supervisor for plans, and uphold GMP and safety standards while training staff and improving processes.

Qualifications

• General High School degree or equivalent.
• Strong attendance and performance record as a Home Chef performance associate is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Guide production associates on RTH prep, assembly, portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping to meet daily targets.
• Direct and train assigned production employees and coordinate with supervisor for daily plans.
• Ensure GMP, PPE, and SOPs are followed; maintain clean, safe work area and report issues promptly.
• Monitor targets, communicate production expectations, and adjust line pace to meet planned output.
