Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems in Somerville, MA is seeking a Lead Production Technician for the first shift. You will lead a team of technicians and welders to build electromechanical parts with emphasis on quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop and qualify new techniques, perform builds per procedures, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain a strong safety culture.
