Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing environments a must.
• Ability to lead a technical team and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and train a team of technicians and welders to build electromechanical parts.
• Develop and qualify new manufacturing techniques and processes.
• Perform production builds per procedures and test instructions.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues with continuous improvement focus.
• Use torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, and related tools.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in work areas and documentation.
• Provide feedback during biannual performance reviews.
