Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You will be trained across all aspects of the role, building windows, operating tools, and collaborating with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment as described.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and increase earnings.
