Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Welder for the 1st shift in Harlan, IA.

The role involves laying out, welding fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structural forms such as frames, reels, shafts, and parts using MIG/TIG/Torch welding. Candidates should have 2–5 years MIG/TIG welding experience, aluminum and stainless TIG experience, blueprint reading, and a problem-solving, quality-focused mindset.

Formación

• 1-year certificate or 2–5 years related experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Aluminum and stainless TIG experience.
• Blueprint reading required.
• Welding certification a plus.
• Problem solving and quality-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Plan layouts and welding according to plans.
• Lay out, position, align, and fit components.
• Set up equipment and weld using MIG/TIG.
• Read blueprints and ensure quality.
• Maintain 5S in the department.
