Job summary

Butterball in Arkansas is seeking a Production Associate to perform repetitive tasks in turkey processing, cutting, and packaging while upholding strict safety and sanitation standards. The role supports daily production goals across the assigned department.

Responsibilities include ensuring product safety, following GMP/HACCP procedures, and rotating through processing functions as needed. High school diploma preferred; entry level positions available with no prior production experience

Qualifications

• Ability to train, maintain and promote a safe work environment.
• Read and understand HACCP, FDA and OSHA requirements as needed.
• Ability to use utensils/tools in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive tasks to process meat from turkeys.
• Ensure product safety and product defense in the plant.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures related to product safety.
• Support all Food Safety initiatives.
• Operate tools or equipment as needed and work manually.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Rotate through processing department functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
