Job summary

Butterball in Arkansas is seeking a production associate to perform repetitive tasks to process whole turkeys and turkey parts for secondary and further processing.

Responsibilities include using knives and vibrating tools, ensuring product safety, inspecting birds for quality, and following GMP/HACCP procedures while supporting Food Safety initiatives. Entry level positions available with no prior production experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related preferred.
• Entry level does not require prior production experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform varying manual, repetitive tasks to process meat from the turkeys.
• Perform repetitive tasks with tools such as knives, scissors, vibrating tools.
• Ensure product safety and product defense in the plant.
• Inspect the birds to ensure maximum quality and food safety.
• Follow all GMP and HACCP procedures relating to product safety.
• Support all Food Safety initiatives.
