Job summary

Butterball, LLC is seeking an on-site Production Operator at our Ozark, AR facility. This role involves performing repetitive processing, cutting, and packaging tasks to produce turkey products while strictly adhering to GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

The position calls for the ability to stand for extended periods, follow precise instructions, and work in a fast-paced plant environment with potential overtime and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Entry level; no previous experience required.
• Must be able to meet time standards (e.g., 4 pieces per min).

Responsibilities

• Perform varying manual, repetitive tasks to process meat from the turkeys.
• Ensure product safety and product defense in the plant.
• Follows all GMP and HACCP procedures that relate to product safety with the facility.
• Supports all Food Safety initiatives.
• Some tasks are performed using tools or equipment, while others are completed manually.
• Monitor equipment operation and promptly notify appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Rotate through various functions within the processing department as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned
