Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Ability to read and understand HACCP, FDA and OSHA requirements.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual, repetitive tasks to process turkey products.
• Ensure product safety and maintain quality in the plant.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures related to product safety.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Rotate through processing functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
