• Self-directed with ability to work independently or in groups.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work tasks.
• Knowledge of HACCP, FDA and OSHA requirements as needed.
• Preference for experience in food manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Transfer live birds from holding zone onto shackles on a processing line.
• Perform repetitive tasks without the assistance of tools.
• Adhere to animal care, safety and food safety standards and requirements.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures related to product safety.
• Support Food Safety initiatives.
