Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (Value Stream Supervisor I) in the United States to lead a small value stream from procurement to delivery. You will coach a multi‑skilled team, drive safety, quality, costs, and associate development, and implement lean processes including 5S.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing/warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate people and drive performance.
• Experience implementing continuous improvements and lean practices.
• Manufacturing principles knowledge; lean certification a plus.
• Continuing education in management, leadership or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop a multi‑skilled team in line with company values.
• Review production schedules and resolve any production issues.
• Ensure product quality via standard work and operator training.
• Lead lean initiatives and 5S housekeeping across the value stream.
• Communicate with supervisors and maintenance about schedules and policies.
