Andersen Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor II to support the Value Stream Manager in driving continuous improvement across a medium-sized manufacturing crew. You will lead A3 projects, monitor SQDCP metrics, and coach team leads and operators to achieve high quality and on-time delivery.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience, 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a practical manufacturing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead A3 plan/projects for a manufacturing crew.
• Deliver business metric results (SQDCP) using a tiered management system.
• Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads and production employees.
• Provide indirect leadership to other support functions and supervisors (matrix organization).
• Coach and develop manufacturing crew, Team Leads, and Supervisors; promote career growth.
• Ensure product quality through standard work, training, and inspection techniques.
• Promote hands-on problem solving to address issues.
• Foster an inclusive environment with high morale and associate satisfaction.
• Make large decisions for multiple manufacturing crews or entire value streams.
