Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage technical professionals to achieve operational excellence with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems.
  • Preventive Programs: Develop maintenance schedules and troubleshooting procedures to minimize downtime.
  • Safety Champion: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with teams to align maintenance with operational goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Use technical expertise to resolve complex challenges.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and coach team performance.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of maintenance experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
  • Experience managing electricians, mechanical maintenance, or similar teams in industrial settings.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong communication skills, technical problem-solving ability, and project management experience.
  • Experience in union environments and familiarity with boiler plant operations and industrial equipment.
