Position Purpose

This role leads JCB’s customer support strategy in the West region, developing a strong dealer support network. It reports to the Service General Manager and is based remotely, with 70% travel across ID, WY, UT, CO, AZ & NM.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Develop dealer support to meet or exceed metrics.
  • Handle dealer and customer queries promptly.
  • Complete and distribute weekly and monthly field reports.
  • Support new product support and updates.
  • Identify and evaluate new dealers.
  • Conduct dealer training and business reviews.
  • Assist with warranty policies, parts sales, and marketing.
  • Train dealer personnel on support systems.
  • Develop new dealers and growth opportunities.
  • Enhance product support connectivity in the marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years technical service experience with construction equipment.
  • 7+ years of related industry service/training experience preferred.
  • Must be able to travel extensively (70%).
  • Understanding of dealership business models.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service oriented, flexible, energetic.

  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit, handle, reach, talk, and hear; occasionally stand and walk; frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.; have close, distance, and depth perception.
