PMI Indianapolis, Grand Visions, MVP is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. PMI Indianapolis, Grand Visions, MVP manages approximately 1,000 properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and troubleshoot work orders submitted by tenants, managers, or property owners.
2. Communicate with vendors via phone and email.
3. Schedule work between vendors, maintenance technicians, and tenants.
4. Review inspection photos for quality and accuracy.
5. Load bills and process invoices submitted by vendors.

Requirements:
