ID Logistics is seeking a Line Lead to oversee the assembly production line, train temporary staff, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on first shift in Barling, AR. You will coordinate with management to resolve issues, maintain paperwork, and drive line improvements while adhering to GMP and PPE rules.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of production experience is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assembly production line and supervise temporary employees.
• Supervise labeling and casing or packing of materials/products.
• Train new temporary workforce.
• Provide feedback and counsel to employees on job expectations.
