Job summary

Staffing Network is seeking a Manufacturing Line Lead for 1st and 2nd shifts to guide production teams and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will coordinate daily activities and help the team meet production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals.

The role requires manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to keep a team organized and productive, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Health care benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Previous line lead, supervisor, or team coordinator experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide a team and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to follow and reinforce safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor workflow to help meet production schedules and productivity goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure production documentation is accurate and completed on time.
• Reinforce company safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Address production, workflow, and staffing concerns promptly.
• Communicate production needs, issues, and progress to management.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
