Job summary

CCL Healthcare is hiring a Flexo Press Operator for 1st shift in Collierville, TN. You will set up and run a flexographic press, producing basic to multi-color labels on various stocks, following job jackets and production times.

Responsibilities include ensuring color accuracy and registration, performing maintenance, and assisting teammates as needed in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma and ruler-reading ability required.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret rulers (1/32 inch) and metric scales accurately.
• Demonstrates color vision to ensure color-sensitive printing.
• Shows mechanical aptitude for press setup and adjustments.
• Works well in a team and communicates clearly with colleagues.
• Maintains accuracy and attention to detail during production.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates flexographic printing press to produce color process printing.
• Inspects printed material and adjusts ink, registration, and dies for quality.
• Maintains press cleanliness and performs routine equipment maintenance.
• Reads job jackets, reviews specifications, and ensures on-time production.
• Trains co-workers on setup, operation, and safe workflows.
