CCL Industries, a global packaging leader, seeks a dedicated seamer operator in Collierville, TN. You will set up and operate equipment to seam printed sleeve labels, following job jackets and production times, ensuring quality standards are met.

The role requires reading rulers and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting production targets. The position offers on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 inch and a metric ruler to 1 mm.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates equipment to seam printed sleeve labels per job jacket instructions.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows safety rules.
• Reads job jackets, specifications, and customer requirements before starting.
• Trains co-workers and new hires to operate and set up equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned and works overtime as required.
• Coordinates with the team to maximize production efficiency.
