Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Yard and Dock Coordinator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm) in Pryor Creek, OK.

You will be the primary contact for dock activities, coordinating trailer movements, ensuring safety, and partnering with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to execute daily dock tasks with accountability and customer service excellence. Qualifications

Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation environment.
Ability to coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
Working knowledge of dock/fleet procedures and safety standards.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and across varied terrain.
Proven ability to follow defined processes, safety standards, and escalation protocols.
Strong communication skills for daily customer-facing and cross-functional interactions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate dock activities and trailer movements to support daily priorities.
Lead dock operations with safety and accountability in mind.
Monitor dock conditions and use stop-work authority when unsafe.
Partner with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
Maintain 7S workplace standards and document issues.
Provide coverage and operational support to site leadership as needed.
