Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Dockmaster for the 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 10:00pm–8:30am) at Pryor Creek, OK. You will lead dock activities, coordinate trailer movements, and work closely with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to keep trailers moving safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes accountability, hands-on leadership, and customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment, with opportunities to support site leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong communication skills for daily customer-facing interactions.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Champion operation safety and assist with dock tools and equipment.
• Coordinate loading/unloading dock activities and trailer movements.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow per safety standards.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe issues per procedures.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
