Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Cold Forming Operator for the 1st shift (6am–2pm) in Indiana. You will operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds with assistance. Overtime may be required. Benefits include medical, 401(k) and other programs.

Qualifications

• Operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines.
• Perform adjustments and replacement to maintain a quality part.
• Perform catch pan quality checks.
• Move scrap and finished parts from machinery.
• Operator forklift/PIV to move tubs and raw material as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
