Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC in Montpelier, IN, is hiring a Cold Forming Operator for first shift (6am-2pm). The role involves operating multiple cold forming and parts forming machines and performing adjustments to ensure quality parts.

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines

• Perform catch pan quality checks
• Separating dies and inserts
• Move scrap and finished parts from machinery
• Operator forklift/PIV to move tubs and raw material as needed
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
