You will learn to perform machine setups independently, load materials, adjust tooling, and monitor production.

Basic quality checks with calipers and micrometers are part of daily duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold forming/header machines with training.
• Learn to perform machine setups independently.
• Load and feed material and adjust machine settings and tooling.
• Monitor machines and troubleshoot issues during production.
• Make adjustments to keep machines running properly and parts within specifications.
• Perform basic quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Read and understand part prints, tool layouts, and progression sheets.
• Document quality measurements and production information.
• Assist with tooling changes, repairs, and maintenance.
• Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
