Job summary

Filtration Group is seeking an Assembly worker at our Joliet, IL facility. You will perform assembly, labeling, inspection, and packing according to standard procedures, while maintaining safety and quality. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods and to work OT as needed.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to manufacturing practices, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Experience in a manufacturing setting and basic English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Overtime work on short notice may be required.
• Standing for extended periods of time is necessary.
• Must meet physical, visual and auditory requirements listed in the job description.
• English reading/writing skills highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, label, lay or box stock per instructions and efficiency standards.
• Report material or equipment problems or safety issues immediately to supervision.
• Follow product specifications and inspect work to ensure quality.
• Perform simple, routine, repetitive tasks using standard procedures.
• Maintain clean, orderly and safe work area during and after production runs.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Be punctual and present at work daily.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.
