Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, blueprints, and drawings in English.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and shop orders to assemble final and subassembly products.
• Operates SOPs and JSAs to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and reports safety or quality issues.
• Communicates with team and management to meet production goals.
