Job summary

PGI is seeking dependable assembly line workers for full-time positions in Albion, IL. You will hand-assemble filter products, load and monitor equipment, inspect materials, and complete production paperwork.

Candidates should have strong hand-eye coordination, basic math ability, and the stamina to stand for long shifts. Shifts available include first and third, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must perform basic math operations and complete required paperwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive assembly in an industrial setting.
• Flexibility to work first or third shift, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly-repetitive assembly operations by hand and/or operate high-speed equipment to assemble filter products.
• Load and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure quality.
• Complete production paperwork such as production tickets and transfer tickets.
• Use barcode scanning and computer systems to access information.
• Participate in line changeovers and move parts between work centers as needed.
• Maintain safety practices and housekeeping in the work area.
