Job summary

Standard Fleet is hiring a RevOps Associate to help build the revenue engine powering our growth in San Francisco. You’ll own the day-to-day revenue engine, manage relationships with existing customers, and handle pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM management with limited supervision.

You’ll be the first dedicated RevOps hire, shaping processes from scratch, including forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in high-performance environments with revenue operations.
• Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to build decks and reporting used by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with current customers and manage renewals.
• Develop pipeline reports and forecasts with Head of Sales.
• Automate repetitive tasks and support GTM initiatives.
