Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients via phone and ticketing system.
• Liaise with clients throughout service tickets to ensure closure.
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues.
• Manage multiple tickets based on priority.
• Attend client sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Keep the Service Knowledge Management System up to date.
• Occasional after-hours support on a rotation.
