R.E. Darling Co., Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an IT Support Help Desk to serve as the first line of troubleshooting for hardware, software, phones, and ERP issues.

This hourly, Grade 30 role reports to the Information Technology & Systems Manager and emphasizes timely logging and status updates for support tickets. You will generate forms and templates, assist the IT team, and communicate effectively with users at all levels.

Competenze

• Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical certification.
• Basic technical hardware skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio and Adobe Acrobat.

Mansioni

• First tier level troubleshooting for hardware, software, mobile devices and elementary ERP issues.
• Provide status of support calls to end users
• Generation/maintenance of electronic forms and templates
• Assist IT Department team as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
