R.E. Darling Co., Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to support, install and test computer systems, software and peripherals in a networked environment. The role includes maintaining the company intranet and providing user documentation.

The position requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency with Office 365, Project, Visio and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to handle physical setup and installation of equipment. Overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical certification.
• 2 years of experience supporting desktop users in a networked environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Project, Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proficient in Microsoft Expression Web or similar web development software.
• This position requires physical ability to kneel, crawl, bend, and reach overhead, lift and carry computer equipment.

Mansioni

• End user support/help desk for hardware, software, mobile devices, 2FA and network connectivity.
• Install, upgrade and test computer systems, software, peripherals and telecommunication devices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with desktop hardware, software and network connectivity.
• Generate and maintain user documentation as required.
• Maintain hardware inventory and the company intranet site.
