Job summary

R.E. Darling Co., Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead the IT technical staff, drive disaster recovery planning, and manage the infrastructure. The role requires strong emotional intelligence, leadership, and judgment to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities include supervising IT personnel, planning DR/BC strategies, and requisitioning hardware and software. Collaboration with the CIO and ensuring resource availability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three years’ managerial and supervisor experience
• Minimum three years’ experience in Windows server administration, Entra ID/Office 365 administration, IT/Systems Project Management
• Disaster Recovery/Backup Solutions experience; DoD contractor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise IT technical staff and ensure daily operations
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies
• Requisition IT hardware, software, and services
• Lead risk analysis and KPI tracking for the IT group
• Collaborate with CIO on corporate goals and resource planning
• Maintain security, compliance, and training materials
