Job summary

BuyWander is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to own internal operations, from day-one laptop provisioning to network security and business systems across a growing multi-site organization. You’ll start hands-on, building scalable infrastructure and the team that will support 1,000+ employees as sites expand.

You’ll own two domains: Core IT & Infrastructure and Internal Systems & Applications, driving vendor management and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT management, IT operations, or systems administration.
• Hands-on strength with endpoint/device management and identity/access management.
• Experience designing and running site IT and physical security across multi-site environments.
• Track record of evaluating, selecting, integrating, and managing SaaS/business systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Core IT & Infrastructure across all sites: devices, identity, networks, security.
• Own Internal Systems & Business Applications: HR, recruiting, document mgmt, automation.
• Build repeatable site buildout playbooks for new locations and scale the function.
• Partner with HR, Ops, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize implementations.
