Job summary

Wander is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end WanderOS workflows for property managers, from discovery through launch and beyond. You will collaborate with the CPO, product, engineering, and founders to deliver fast, beautiful, usable experiences used by thousands of operators.

You bring 7–8+ years of product design experience, deep systems thinking, and a track record of leading through ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of product design experience, shipping software products.
• Strong end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch.
• Ability to mentor mid-level designers and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of core WanderOS workflows for property managers.
• Turn complex operational problems into simple, fast interfaces with high click-efficiency.
• Own discovery, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity design, prototypes, and launch polish.
• Shape how AI agents appear and operate inside WanderOS and how trust is built.
• Anchor design work inside a cross-functional team and own the design solution.
• Grow and maintain the WanderOS design system for scalable patterns across products.
