BuyWander is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to own internal operations from laptop provisioning to network security across our Salt Lake City sites. This hands-on, build-from-scratch role starts solo and scales as the company grows toward 1,000+ employees.

You will shape core IT, infrastructure, and business applications with engineering input where needed. You will manage devices, identity, security, and HR/tools systems, partnering with Ops, HR, and Finance to enable rapid location expansion

Competenze

• 5+ years in IT management or systems administration.
• Experience in multi-site, high-growth environments.
• Hands-on with endpoint management and Google Workspace administration.
• Strong build-vs-buy judgment and pragmatism.
• Security and compliance minded approach to data and systems.
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Own devices & endpoint management across all sites.
• Own identity & access management for employees and internal apps.
• Design IT networks and physical security per site.
• Create a repeatable site buildout playbook for new locations.
• Own the roadmap for internal systems and HR/business applications.
• Drive security, data governance, and compliance across the org.
• Scale the IT function by building and leading a team over time.
• Administer Paylocity and other HR/business systems and integrations.
