BuyWander is seeking a hands-on IT & Systems Manager to own internal IT, security, and business applications across our growing multi-site operation. You’ll transform scattered systems into a cohesive platform, from laptops to HR tools, while building the team for scale beyond 1,000 employees.

You’ll report to the CTO and drive procurement, IAM, network design, and HR/payroll integrations, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient onboarding as the company expands.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT management or IT operations
• Hands-on strength with endpoint/device management (MDM) and Google Workspace administration
• Experience designing and running site IT and physical security across multiple sites
• Track record evaluating, integrating, and managing SaaS/business systems and vendors

Responsabilidades

• Own procurement and lifecycle of laptops, phones, and tablets across all sites
• Run mobile device management (MDM) — enrollment, policy, security, wipe
• Stand up tablets as Paylocity kiosks and other floor devices
• Own user provisioning and deprovisioning across Google Workspace and internal apps
• Standardize onboarding/offboarding for fast, correct access
• Enforce least-privilege access and clean account hygiene as headcount grows
• Design IT for each building — cabling, access points, cameras, and security
• Manage security systems across sites and interface with vendors
• Build a scalable rollout process for new locations
• Own the roadmap for HR/self-service tools and document management systems
