Job summary

The NeuroCare Sales Specialist role at Teva Pharmaceuticals focuses on maximizing sales growth within a defined Indianapolis region. As a founding member of a new sales organization, you will build trusted relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders while launching a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment and introducing a novel mechanism of action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support, and access partners.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or complex disease states.
• New product launch experience in specialty/pharma markets.
• Level commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional teams and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians and staff for product education.
• Grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to needs and targets.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and manage budgets.
• Address market challenges and collaborate with internal teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution.
• Maintain call averages with top target customers.
• Take calculated risks to improve territory performance.
• Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.
