Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to join a new territory and drive adoption of a potential first-in-class Tourette syndrome therapy. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and cross-functional partners to deliver compliant, high-impact solutions.

As a founding member of a new sales organization, you’ll shape territory strategy, manage key accounts, and contribute to successful product launch efforts while meeting sales targets and upholding Teva’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets.
• Full time documented business to business sales experience dependent on level as listed below.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels, including HCPs and office staff.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product education.
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs and drive sales targets.
• Regularly review sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
