Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in New York is seeking an experienced NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize territory sales within compliant, ethical guidelines. You will launch a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome and establish Teva’s presence in a new therapeutic area.

As a founding member of a new sales organization, you will build relationships with healthcare providers, navigate complex accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals or complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide education.
• Strategically manage relationships with key accounts and drive product differentiation.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
• Maintain competitive edge while collaborating with internal teams on sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution of sales plans.
• Maintain call averages with top target customers as per plan.
• Adhere to Teva compliance policies and achieve sales goals.
